  3 rules:

  • ONE atomic idea per note
    • each note is a building block waiting to be connected
  • Express the idea clearly, assuming the reader has no context
    • make the system future proof
    • make sure you will understand it later
  • Connect it with other notes
    • the process of connecting the dots
